EDUCATION: Schooling is very important for the intellectual development of children. We drive out to the remote schools where a pen, paper and books are essential for the success in school especially for those kids yearning for higher education. These kids will be the future of our country.

BIODEGRADABLE SOAP AND WASHING LIQUIDS: We use these detergents to clean our equipment and hand them out to our clients for their personal hygiene needs. This keeps our rivers and lakes clean!
TOTE BAG: You will receive these cloth bags at the day of the briefing. Why do we give them to you? With the tote bag you don't need to bring plastic bags to pack your daily lunch. Please keep your tote bag ready on the trek in order to stow your snack for the day every morning. The bag also includes general information about the trek and you can use it when you get back home after your trek.
CHRISTMAS ACTIVITIES:
We know that all the kids in the remote villages of the Andes are longing for Christmas presents. Hence the staff of Llama Tours Peru drives out to the furthest villages in order to bring a smile to the lips of all the children. We are doing this every year, visiting communities in the valley of Lares, around the Ausangate and Salkantay and in Cachora and Chupani.
Our last stop at 8.30 pm is the valley of Lares.
